At SGGift (SG Enterprises), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns

  • Customized products (T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, gifts) are made specially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.
  • Non-customized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Once the product goes into production, cancellation is not possible.

At SGGift (SG Enterprises), we aim to provide the best quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of non-customized products, we offer the following return and refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with tags/labels intact.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products (T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, gifts with personal prints) cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Clearance or sale items are not eligible for return/refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

4. Exchanges

  • We allow size or color exchanges (where available) for non-custom products.
  • Customer will bear the shipping charges for exchanges unless it is due to a product defect.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders for non-custom products can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
