Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2โ3 business days after order confirmation.
- Custom or personalized products (e.g., printed T-shirts, mugs, photo gifts) may require 1โ2 extra days for printing and quality checks.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Delivery (5โ7 business days) โ โน40โโน50 (based on location & Product).
- Express Delivery (2โ4 business days) โ โน50โโน75 (on writen request or for bulk order).
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders above โน5000.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number.
3. Delivery Areas
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.
If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you for an alternative option.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages or Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service, weather, or incorrect shipping address.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sggift2025@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India.
